Brown paper parcels tied up with strings....

...these are a few of my favourite things! c: There's something really special about taking the time to wrap gifts up in a unique way. I decided to try something different this year as living on a student budget strikes again! I really love the brown paper with string and I'm quite proud of the way these have turned out ! Can't believe Christmas is just around the corner, doesn't quite feel like enough time has passed since last year :)

Bluebells at Scathes Wood

Today we had a lovely morning picnic in amongst the bluebell woods near Ightham Mote, NT. I've shared a few photos of the beautiful flowers and trees here for you to enjoy :)

Dungeness & Rye

Finally arrived in Kent yesterday and my cats were waiting for my return home! It's lovely to be back. Today we visited Dungeness, stopping off at Rye along the way. I still remember the impact first visiting dungeness made on me as a child so it was a great experience to be able to go back and re-explore the eerie shingle beach. The mini locomotive railway was a lovely surprise too, linking in nicely to my current uni project.

I like the washed out effect of this! I feel that it emphasises the eerie atmosphere

I'd love to have an artist studio like this somewhere interesting!
